Cancellation Policy

Due to the increase in last minute cancellations and reschedules, GlossGenius will now require a credit/debit card to hold your appointment. It will not be charged unless your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled services, No Shows will be charged the full scheduled service. I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the half amount of your appointment.

If the card on file is not approved and/or there is no card on file, an invoice will be sent to the client. The invoice must be paid in order to book another appointment. You can not be seen at the studio without the invoice being paid prior to your next appointment. Thank you for understanding. 

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
