24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the half amount of your appointment.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for their “missed” appointment.

Each facial at Rejuvenate starts with a skin/ health history consultation form and a discussion about your skincare goals, routine, and current regimen. Each facial treatment at Rejuvenate is full customized for you and your skin. Each facial includes a double cleanse, an exfoliation step, extractions (if needed/wanted), targeted mask, facial massage serums, moisturizer, and SPF (for daytime appointments).

Rejuvenate is located inside of the Hayes Block at 20 E Milwaukee St Suite 104 A Janesville, WI 53545. There are two different entrances you can use. The Hayes Block is the BIG red building at the corner of Milwaukee & Main street downtown Janesville. You will see "Dark Castle Games" on the corner- please do NOT enter there. Our entrance is to the left of Janesville Silver & Gold. Walk in straight until you reach our door 104 A. The second entrance is on Water Street under the black awning marked "HB"; walk through the two sets of doors until you reach our door on the right.

We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your appointment to ensure you have enough time to find parking. Free parking is available on South Main St, Water Street, the Milwaukee Street bridge, the Johnson Bank parking lot across the street (it's okay; you shouldn't get in trouble), and the Court Street bridge. 

Yes! I am currently working on a bridal package for beautiful glowing skin for your big day! I personally recommend working with an esthetician asap to get your skin as glowing as possible.

I also offer professional makeup services! From special events such as galas, award dinners, and photoshoots to Halloween makeup. *Please note:* For bridal makeup, you can book me through Jennifer Janssen Bridal Artistry or AlpenGlow Artistry for your wedding date!

How to set up your skin for success:

Please stop using any Retin-A, retinols, or Tretinoin 3-5 days before your appointment, and do not exfoliate the day before.

If you come in with makeup, that's okay! We double-cleanse to ensure everything is removed. 

Don't schedule injectables too close to your facials; allow 2 weeks between them. (We don't want your botox or filler migrating to other locations due to facial massage)

Take a picture of your homecare before your appointment. 

Don't schedule your facial the night of a big event, you don't want to put on makeup on freshly exfoliated skin.
